Hi,I did the following:

Q&A: How much to pay monthly on utilities?
Im doing a school project to help us think like a business person or something and me and my partner are making a pretend jewelry store. The Project’s concept is that we have to pretend to have 1 million dollars for a company made from scratch and we are allowed to rent office spaces now I am unsure of the area of the rented office space and i need to know of the amount to pay per month electricity, water, and sewage. What would those 3 utilities cost for an office space?
I’m really just focuses on places in Mc Allen TX
