First off, you’re NOT in love with her. From the sound of things, you haven’t even talked to her before (or at least it’s been rarely). You are infatuated. This is based primarily on a physical attraction to her.

I PROMISE you that she is NOT in love with you either. Best case scenario, she’s noticed you and thinks you’re cute and wouldn’t mind talking to you. This is a far cry from love though.

My advice would be to try to find a way to approach her and start a conversation like a normal person. Normal people don’t go around professing their undying love to strangers. Get a grip man.

“Love at first sight” this phrase can be very much true BUT is extremely rare. Many people have to get to know someone before they can say that they are in love with them. Trust even if you believe you love her try to tone it down a bit. If you guys never talk or hang out, you neglected to specify, then she does not love you.

FACT More men think they are in love by sight, more women think this is bogus.

The only thing here is to ask her out, you will not die if she says no, ‘Love Guru” guarantee. More details about your relationship with her would have helped though so I’m sorry if my answer was short.

Very likely, there are many other male staff also.
You say, you love that girl.
Other staff members may also love that girl.
So there may be a competition.
Now, if you feel , that you are the most handsome, attractive, and the smartest than the other staff members, which makes you stand apart , then take the initiative.
