Another fantastic comparison. A good bit more change here. The changes are pretty classy though.

Seen on your photo stream. (?)

Cygnus~X1 — Yeah, I noticed a lot of changes in the buildings, but they kept the same general designs. You can definitely tell they’re the same buildings.

Jeanne Kliemesch, Olivia.Chan, Fionn Luk — Thank you.

Pete Zarria — Some of Orange’s old timers have regular tables and regular times they go there. The L.A. Times wrote a couple of articles about Watson’s that you might find interesting.

fangars — That’s a joke my grandfather told me when I was kid. I had forgotten about it until I was writing the text for this photo.

They did a great job! Cool comparison. I even snickered at the joke.

Us local residents are that way because the Chapman collage kids clog the parking day and night. Most of the streets are going to permit only parking now.

    Fantastic shot comparison….

Good capture of before and after.

Jibby! — There are enough minor structural differences to make me wonder if the buildings were torn down and rebuilt. The current buildings are very close to, but not exactly like, the older buildings.

+SQUID+ — That would explain a lot. When I was in Plaza Park in I heard that Chapman University kids recently wrecked the fountain. What a bunch of little hoodlums.

taoislife77 — It’s fun to go out and take now-and-then photos. It amazes me though, when I get excited about a 100-year-old building and then I look at photos from Europe where the buildings are 1,000-years-old.

Ks of W — Thanks. I heard that from my grandfather many, many years ago.

    Jibby!

Well, that’s not fair if it was rebuilt. That’s, like, cheating.

Jibby! — I am not 100% positive that the buildings are rebuilt impostors. I just noticed a lot of little things that seem to be different now, for example, the ground floor door and window on the right-side wall. Maybe someone more knowledgeable about architecture than I could enlighten us.
