don’t waste your time going to a four year. apply a few months before you get your AA. that’s all you’ll need. Probation is doing mass hiring right now and it is really easy to get in. trust me.

A district court probation officer faces charges after investigators say he was caught taking bribes from convicted criminals. In exchange for cash, deputies say William Garcia, 40, was providing clean urine samples for criminals on probation or parole. Garcia was arrested Monday after authorities conducted an undercover operation where they say Garcia was caught red-handed, taking cash and handing off a container of clean urine. Only Eyewitness News 4 was there as deputies escorted Garcia from the same place he works, the district courthouse. Garcia told us he is innocent. Garcia is a probation officer, who works with those convicted of drug charges and are on probation or parole. Authorities got a tip that Garcia was providing clean urinalysis results to the court in exchange for cash. Deputies say typically each payoff was less than 0. Detectives sent in a confidential informant into the courthouse, where the informant was able to pay Garcia cash for some clean urine. Once that transaction was made, Garcia was busted. Now Garcia is facing serious charges including demanding or receiving a bribe by a public officer and extortion.
