open office impress: Will my microsoft powerpoint presentation be able to play on my school computer which uses open office impress?
I have a powerpoint presentation that I need for school monday and I made it using Microsoft powerpoint on my mac. I was thinking I’d put it on a flash drive and open it up at school. Two things that I think might interfere though. 1. My school uses windows. 2. My school uses open office impress, not microsoft powerpoint. Will my presentation work?

microsoft open office: Downloading Open Office onto a Dell Mini… will it work to open Microsoft Office files?
I want to get a Dell mini but I don’t want to pay 150 dollars to have Microsoft Office installed. People have told me just to download Open Office for free once I get the computer. Will this work just as well? I want to be able to open Power Point slides from my college classes.

microsoft office setup: whenever I open an office document, Microsoft office professional setup starts automatically ?
Hi..I updated my window XP recently , now whenever I open an office document, Microsoft office professional setup starts automatically ,and ask me to insert the Microsoft office professional CD , which I don’t have it . when I cancel the setup, the document does open. what shall I do to get rid of this anoying setup ?? help me please

open office impress: On open office impress is there a way to put music in your slide show?
Im am making a powerpoint slideshow on open office impress. I want to put a song that will play throught the whole presentation i can only get it to play in one slide when i go to tools then media player, i want to get it so it like plays in the backround of the presentation. Please Help.

office art: How do you add clip art/images to the gallery in Open Office?
I recently installed the Open Office suite of products to get away from the MS monster. I have found them very useful but lacking in a few areas – the gallery/clipart being the most pressing… Any assistance on how to load more images into its clip art library and where to download clip art would be greatly appreciated, as the instructions on their site are giving me a headache with very little success.
