That would not be good etiquette.

But if you’re intent, you may as well do it right. Don’t gibber away right away. Give it some time to warm up. Discreetly take pics, document their remarks to each other, get others to “observe” with you. Then let it leak discreetly. It may help to get the new girl to think you’re her friend so you can get an edge.

Let me make sure I understand this:

You are considering phoning a woman you don’t know to report to her on the inappropriate activities of a young woman that SHE doesn’t know.

And you are hoping she will….what?

Rid you of the new office trollop? Come to the office and give her husband a public flogging?

I suspect that you will cause more trouble for yourself than for anyone else in this scenario. It might be wiser to simply attend to your own affairs–and leave office flirtations to the justice that is always meted out by the Great Cosmos.
